Individual zoom session - £105 per 55 minute session
Individual face to face session - £120 per 55 minute session
Couples zoom session - £115 per 55 minute session
Couples face to face session - £130 per 55 minute session



For Corporate Sessions:

1 Day Training - £750
½ Day Training - £350
1-1 Employee Support - (£105 via zoom, £120 face to face)
Group Reflective Sessions - (usually lasting 90 minutes: £250)

If you have private health insurance, the cost of your sessions may be fully or partially covered by your insurer. Please enquire as to the insurers I am covered by.
